The Company appoints different auditors for its subsidiaries or signifcant associated companies (as defned in the Listing Manual of the Singapore
Exchange Securities Trading Limited). The Board and the AC, having reviewed such appointment(s), are satisfed that the appointment(s) would
not compromise the standard and effectiveness of the audit of the consolidated fnancial statements of the Group. The details of the auditors
for the Company’s subsidiaries and signifcant associated companies are disclosed on pages 80 and 85 of the Company’s Annual Report for the
fnancial year ended 31 December 2011.

Ernst & Young LLP have expressed their willingness to accept re-appointment as auditors.
