Further to the announcement made on 28 April 2008 in relation to the passing of the ordinary resolution in respect of the Proposed Share Split at the extraordinary general meeting held on 28 April 2008, the Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to inform that the last day for trading of the existing ordinary shares in the capital of the Company "cum" entitlement to the Proposed Share Split will be on 2 May 2008. Trading of the sub-divided ordinary shares in the capital of the Company "ex" entitlement to the Proposed Share Split will commence with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 5 May 2008.
