Further to the announcement made on 22 August 2007, the Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 50.5% equity interest in Kingsmen (North Asia) Limited was completed on 11 September 2007.
Further announcements will be made by the Company when its acquisition of 19.5% equity interest in Kingsmen Fairtech International Pvt. Ltd. and 25.0% equity interest in Kingsmen Middle East (LLC) are completed.
