The Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Judith Low Chu Li as Secretary of the Company with effect from 20 October 2003. She is also the Financial Controller of the Company.
Ms Wee Woon Hong remains the other Company Secretary.
