| The Board's comments on this appointment (including rationale, selection criteria, board diversity considerations, and the search and nomination process) | On 5 July 2024, Mr Cheng Oon Teck ("Mr Cheng") informed the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (the "Company") of his retirement as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2024. To ensure continuity of leadership within the senior management team, the Nominating Committee, having reviewed Mr Chong Siew Ling's ("Mr Chong") qualifications, expertise, past experiences and contributions, recommended Mr Chong's appointment as Chief Executive Officer - Designate of the Company effective from 16 July 2024, until he assumes the full responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1 January 2025. The Board accepted the Nominating Committee's recommendation and approved the appointment. Mr Chong is currently the Group Managing Director, Exhibitions & Thematic and Executive Director of the Company. |
