Reference is made to the announcements by Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (the "Company") of 16 October 2007 (No. 00143) and 2 November 2007 (No. 00088). Unless otherwise defined herein, all defined terms in this Announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the previous announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that the Proposed Acquisition had been completed today and the Consideration Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Acquisition have been issued today. The Consideration Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued and paid-up ordinary shares.
The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("the SGX-ST") has advised that the Consideration Shares will be listed and quoted on the Official List of the SGX-ST with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 21 November 2007.
