Further to the announcements made on 9 July 2007 and 22 August 2007, the Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the acquisition of 19.5% equity interest in Kingsmen Fairtech International Pvt. Ltd. was completed on 19 October 2007.
A further announcement will be made by the Company when its acquisition of 25.0% equity interest in Kingsmen Middle East (LLC) is completed.
