Books Closure And Dividend Payment Dates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. ("the Company") will be closed on 4 May 2004 for the purpose of determining members' entitlement to the first and final dividend to be proposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 26 April 2004.
The proposed first and final dividend of 0.75 cent per ordinary share (tax exempt), if approved at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 April 2004 will be paid on 12 May 2004.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Lim Associates (Pte) Ltd at 10 Collyer Quay #19-08, Ocean Building, Singapore 049315 up to 5.00 p.m. on 3 May 2004 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed dividend.
Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 3 May 2004 will be entitled to the proposed dividend.
