The Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that Singapore Tourism Board has accepted the tender submitted by Kingsmen Exhibits Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of the Company), to act as the main contractor for the Christmas Light-Up 2003 along Orchard Road in Singapore at the contract price of S$800,000, excluding GST, subject to the terms and conditions of the Tender Document.
None of the directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the contract.
The contract is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company and its subsidiaries for the current financial year ending 31 December 2003.
