Reference is made to the circular to the shareholders of the Company in relation to, inter alia, the proposed Share Purchase Mandate of the Company (the "Circular"). Unless otherwise defined herein all capitalised terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Circular.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that under Scenario 1 on page 11 of the Circular, the Share Capital of the Group as at 31 December 2007 before the Share Purchase should be "21,603" instead of "1,603".
