The Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that Ms Leong Kim Yan Daphne has been appointed Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Wee Woon Hong who has resigned as Secretary with effect from 9 January 2006.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Wee Woon Hong for past services rendered to the Company.
Ms Judith Low Chu Li remains as the other Company Secretary.
