Further to the Company's announcement made on 20 April 2004 ("Announcement") in response to the queries raised by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited in its letter dated 19 April 2004 with regard to the Company's Annual Report, the Company wishes to revise the details set out in its answer to Question 2 in the Announcement (revision of which is underlined and marked in bold) as follows:

Note: This amount was revised to include a monthly rental payment of S$88,031.70 for the lease of Kingsmen Creatives Centre and S$14,719.56 for fixtures, fittings and furniture and equipment which aggregated to S$1,233,015.12 for FY2003. As stated in our prospectus dated 9th September 2003, the current lease is for a term of two years which commenced from 1 January 2003. The rental was determined according to the prevailing market rental rates for similar properties and transacted at an arm's length basis on normal commercial terms.
