Further to the Company's full year financial statement and dividend announcement made on 25 February 2004, the Board of Directors of Kingsmen Creatives Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to announce that the first and final dividend to be paid on 12 May 2004 is a one-tier tax exempt dividend.
